We use a price-based shipping table to calculate your exact shipping rate. This means your shipping charges are based on the total dollar amount of your order, no matter the weight of your item(s)! In stock items usually ship in 24-48 hours from the time the order is placed. If the item you ordered is out of stock, your order could take 7-14 business days to receive. Please contact us or make note in the special notes section on the last stage of your check-out if your order is time sensitive.

Engraved Gift Collection stands behind the quality of every product we sell. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return. If your order contains any manufacturer defects or engraving mistakes on our part, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange.
- Take a photo of the defective item and have it ready to be emailed to us. Just repack the gift in its original packaging (if possible) with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:

- Write down the gift return (GR) number given to you by the customer service representative.
