Engraved Gift Collection stands behind the quality of every product we sell. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return. If your order contains any manufacturer defects or engraving mistakes on our part, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange.
- Take a photo of the defective item and have it ready to be emailed to us. Just repack the gift in its original packaging (if possible) with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer service department. Our staff is available Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm and Saturday from 10am-4pm Central Time. You can contact us by calling toll-free 1-866-582-6711.
- Write down the gift return (GR) number given to you by the customer service representative.
- Include the GR number in the following return shipping address:

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. EngravedGiftCollection.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, EngravedGiftCollection.com will provide a prepaid UPS, or USPS, return label.
Note on personalized items: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the personalization on your gift, we'll be happy to replace the item within 30 days. However, we are not responsible for misspellings or incorrect letters entered by the customer.
