If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return it, we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Just repack the gift in its original packaging (if possible) with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:

· Write down the gift return (GR) number given to you by the customer service representative.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. EngravedGiftCollection.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, EngravedGiftCollection.com will provide a prepaid UPS, or USPS, return label.
Note on personalized items: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the personalization on your gift, we'll be happy to replace the item within 30 days. However, we are not responsible for misspellings or incorrect letters entered by the customer.
