· How to check order status...
Engraved Gift Collection offers the feature of tracking your order through the different order phases. Once you've placed your order, you may either login with your account username and password or, if you don't have an account, with your order number and the e-mail address you used in your order.

Once logged in, you will see all the recent orders you've placed with us. By clicking the 'details' link, you will find information on that particular order including the current status of the order and, if it has already shipped, tracking information with a link directly to the carrier's website.

· Creating / Logging into to your account
At any time you may click on the 'My Account' links located at the top of our page, under our phone number, to access the account login/creation page. If you do not yet have an account and want to take advantage of such features as order history and auto-field completion, you'll want to click the 'Create New Account' link. On the account creation page, you will be able to choose a login and password for your account and will be prompted for an e-mail to mail your lost password to. This will also be the e-mail used when sending order confirmations and invoices. We do not use this e-mail for advertising purposes.

If you already have an account, logging in can be done in the 'My Account' page. Just enter the login and password you selected and click the 'Login' button. You will be prompted of a successful log-in and can continue shopping at your leisure. If you are logged in before proceeding to checkout, your information will be automatically displayed in the Shipping and Billing information boxes.

Frequently Asked Questions

· How long will it take to receive my personalized order?
In stock items usually ship in 24-48 hours from the time the order is placed. If the item you ordered is out of stock, your order could take 7-14 business days to receive. Please contact us or make note in the special notes section on the last stage of your check-out if your order is time sensitive.
· How will I know when my order has shipped?
We will notify you via email when your order has shipped. You can also login to our Order Status page for tracking information and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
· Can I track my order online?
Yes! Engraved Gift Collection provides the feature of tracking the status of your recent orders in our Order Status page. If you have an account with us and where logged in when ordering, you can log-in with your account username and password. If you do not have an account with us or forgot to log-in when ordering, all you need to track your order is your order number and the email address used when ordering. Once logged in you will find the details of your order and the current status. If the item has shipped, you will find your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website so you can see it's exact location.
· Can I return my personalized item?
Engraved Gift Collection stands behind the quality of every product we sell. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return. If your order contains any manufacturer defects or engraving mistakes on our part, you may return it in new condition and in its origianl packaging for a prompt exchange.

Once your order is received and processed, it is directly forwarded to our engraving department to start production. Because of this, it is not always possible to cancel or change your order after it has been submitted. If you wish to cancel/change your order, you must contact us immediately to see if this is possible. Please take extra care in reviewing your items in the shopping cart before submitting the order.

Once your item has been delivered to you, we allow 10 days for exchanges to be requested and returned to us.
· I made a mistake on my order. Can I get a replacement?
We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!), especially on spelling and dates.Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer it to you at a 20% discount. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you.
· What payment methods do you accept?
Engraved Gift Collection currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover payments through our website. If you prefer, you can place your order online and select the 'Check' payment option during checkout. · How To Order
Engraved Gift Collection has a shopping cart system set up very similar to most other e-commerce sites. After selecting the product you want and filling in any desired customization fields, click the 'add to cart' link and your item will be stored until you are ready to checkout. You can add as many items as you would like into your cart. When your ready to buy, just find the 'checkout' link at the top of the page.

Our checkout process will request the information we need from you to process your order such as your shipping/billing address, shipping preferences and payment details. After you've completed the checkout process, you will be asked to fill out a simple feedback form and a detailed e-mail will be sent to you. · Personalization Information (FAQ's)
Q.What kinds of personalizations are offered?
A.Engraved Gift Collection offers 5 styles of personalization. Our product designers and artists select the most appropriate personalization method and the most appropriate colors for each gift item in our online catalog. Personalization methods are: rotary engraving, laser engraving, dye sublimation, hot foil stamping, and custom woodworking.

Q.Is there a fee for personalization?
A.On most items, we offer 100% free personalization. Because some items require special care and treatment, you may see in the description of the item that a small fee is charged for personalizations.

Q.How long will it take to personalize and ship my order?
A.Most personalizations are done and ready to ship within 24-48 hours. Certain items require special treatment and will not fit into this time frame. If this is the case, Engraved Gift Collection will contact you directly and let you know your estimated ship date.

Q.Will you correct my spelling or change my personalization?
A.We will personalize your gift exactly as you enter the text. Enter personalization with capital and lower case letters as you would like it to appear. Do not type in all capital letters or all lower case letters unless that is how you want the item to appear. If you want a product personalized with an "s" or "'s", please enter is as part of your personalization. (Please refer to the specific product page for a sample of the fonts and styles available.)

Q.Can I return a personalized gift?
A.If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit or exchange.

Q.Can I personalize an item in a language other than English?
A.We are unable to reproduce international characters (characters with accent marks, umlauts, etc.). Please enter only characters that appear on standard American keyboards.

Q.How can I order more than one item with the same personalization?
A.To order more than one item with the same personalization, change the quantity on the shopping basket page and click on 'Update'. Items with different personalizations must be added to the cart individually.
